Changing the world one surgery at a time
Holy Family Surgery Center in Honduras provides free, life changing surgery to the local population. In order to increase their impact and expand their geographical footprint, they merged with SCA Medical Missions.
Our challenge and opportunity was to create a new name and brand that would expand the funding outreach without alienating their historically Catholic faith-based donors.
Brand Vision
Substance came up with a new name, One World Surgery, to address their ongoing mission of changing lives across the globe. It was important to not lose connections with donors who had supported the organization for years. One World reflects the values of their historically Catholic donor base but allows for inclusion and expansion into the secular and corporate realm.
The new logo incorporates a rising sun, suggesting transformation and a new day for those whose lives are transformed by this organization.
