Substance developed a brand, website, and video campaign to provide clarity and appeal to the C suite executives who are responsible for hiring personnel decisions.
Brand Vision
Substance developed the theme of “What matters is what’s inside”. The concept is that instead of hiring people based on utilitarians skills that can otherwise be taught, employers should hire based on strengths-based behaviors, which transcend tasks and roles.
The logo is a rendering of brain neurons meant to show connectivity and also feel friendly and engaging. The website uses animations that illustrate behaviors that are a direct answer to questions employers might pose about why they should hire a prospect. The images represent the diversity of hires and indicative of the unexpected insights clients can expect from working with elateus.

Throughout the process they were true professionals, catering to our needs, incorporating feedback, meeting deadlines, and communicating proactively.
