Turpin threw out the rule book on training executives in public speaking. Instead of imposing a template of forced mannerisms, their credo is "Be yourself, only better."
To that end, Substance developed a site that focused on the unique personalities of executives in their audience groups. The personality types appear in the navigation rollover, with accompanying descriptions behavior descriptions for each. A well defined set of process graphs and videos further define what sets Turpin apart from their competitors.
